We Run Amazon & Shopify Stores End to End
Store management is the core of what we do: listings, catalog data, orders, account health, and the daily operations that keep a store moving. On Shopify we also build. Theme customization, Liquid code, supplier CSV imports, SEO, and automations that remove manual work for good.
The Store Is Selling. The Daily Work Is Not Under Control.
A listing gets suppressed. A supplier sends another difficult file. The theme needs a change that an app cannot solve. These are ordinary operating problems, but they become expensive when nobody has clear ownership.
Nobody Actually Owns Your Store Day to Day
You check Seller Central when something breaks. Listings sit suppressed for weeks. Orders and cases pile up. Full store management means our team owns all of it, on both Amazon and Shopify, with a weekly report you can read in three minutes.
See what full management covers →Supplier Files That Never Become Clean Listings
Your supplier sends a 12,000-row CSV with missing images, inconsistent sizes, and no descriptions. We turn files like that into clean, fully variated listings on Shopify and Amazon. Bulk, not by hand.
How CSV processing works →A Theme That Needs a Developer, Not Another App
Custom sections, Liquid fixes, page speed, metafield display, checkout tweaks. Some things can't be solved from the theme editor. We write the code and set up automations so the store runs itself more.

Two platforms, one team. Below is how the work is organized. Every service has its own page with pricing, scope, and real project examples.
Full Amazon Store Management
We run the whole account: catalog health and flat file fixes, listing SEO, account health and case work, FBA shipment coordination, and PPC. You get a small coordinated team that knows your catalog instead of disconnected specialists who do not talk to each other.
Shopify Management, Development & Automation
Day-to-day store management plus the development work most agencies outsource: custom Liquid sections, theme customization, app setup, page speed, technical SEO, and automations with Shopify Flow. If your store needs code, our development work stays coordinated with the rest of the team.
The Daily Work That Keeps Stores Healthy
Product uploads, order processing, customer messages, inventory checks, catalog hygiene. A trained VA team runs it from documented SOPs, with senior review on everything before it touches your account.

Taken directly from client dashboards, shared with permission. The full case studies explain what was done on each account and in what order.
What a Small Specialist Team Looks Like in Practice
Abdul stays involved, but one person does not try to do every job. The right team member owns the work and the next action stays clear.
Abdul remains involved in client delivery and works alongside the team. Account decisions do not disappear into layers of management.
Catalog and listing work stays with team members who work in supplier files, Matrixify, and Amazon flat files.
Theme changes, catalog work, and daily store tasks are coordinated inside the same team instead of being split across unrelated vendors.
The weekly report covers what changed, what needs a decision, and what happens next. It is written for the store owner, not for an internal dashboard.
From First Call to a Weekly Rhythm
There's no long discovery phase. We look at your account, agree on a scope, and start working. Reporting is short and written for people who run a business, not for people who enjoy reports.
Book your 20-min audit1. The 20-Minute Audit Call
We open your account live on the call, ask specific questions, and tell you what we'd fix first. If we're not the right fit for your situation, we say so on that call.
2. The Written Scope
You get a written scope with targets: catalog health, conversion rate, ad efficiency, or whatever your account actually needs. You know how success will be measured before any money changes hands.
3. Weekly Execution
We run the store: listings, data, code, campaigns, operations. Each week you get a short update covering what changed, what moved, and what's next.
4. Scale or Systemize
Once the numbers are stable, you choose the direction. Push harder on growth, or automate and document more so the store needs less of everyone's time. Both are valid.

What does SMI Seller Solutions do?
We're a store management agency for Amazon and Shopify brands. The core service is full store management: listings, catalog data, orders, account health, and daily operations on both platforms. We also handle Shopify theme development and Liquid code, store automations, bulk supplier CSV processing, SEO, Amazon PPC, and conversion work. Founded in 2019, 100,000+ SKUs managed for brands in the US, UK, and EU.
What does full store management include?
Everything a store needs day to day. Product listings and catalog upkeep, order processing, inventory monitoring, account health and case management on Amazon, theme and app upkeep on Shopify, customer messages, and a weekly report. Plans start at $899/month and can cover both platforms if you sell on both.
Do you build or customize Shopify themes?
Yes. Shopify front-end development is one of our main services: Liquid code, custom sections and templates, theme customization, page speed work, app integration, and automations built with Shopify Flow and the Admin API. Technical SEO on Shopify is part of the same work. Details on the Shopify development page.
Can you process supplier CSV files into Amazon and Shopify listings?
Yes, this is a specialty of ours. We take raw supplier CSV or Excel feeds, clean and restructure the data, build the variants, map images, and upload in bulk using Matrixify on Shopify and flat files on Amazon. We've processed catalogs between 10,000 and 30,000+ SKUs this way, mostly for workwear, industrial, and apparel brands.
Who works on my account?
Your account is handled by SMI's small specialist team. Abdul, the founder, remains directly involved and works alongside the team across catalog, development, advertising, and store operations.

Do you work with brands outside Pakistan?
Yes. Most of our clients are in the US, UK, Germany, France, Spain, and Italy on Amazon, plus US and UK based Shopify stores. All communication is in English and all work is managed remotely. Our office is in Lodhran, Punjab, Pakistan.
What results can I expect?
Results depend on the service, account condition, margins, category competition, traffic quality, and the work approved. The Results page shows specific account outcomes with screenshots and context. Those examples are not averages or promises for every store.
